Rhonda Aghaie is the head of our People and a member of our Mergers & Acquisitions practices.

She has 30+ years of experience making data-driven decisions that optimize the People investments made by mid-sized enterprises.

She has worked with various large organizations in the Telecommunications, Medical, Technology, and Media industries to create custom solutions for their specific goals. Rhonda's specialty is at the intersection of culture, strategy, and productivity to drive organizational success through shared values.

Prior to co-founding Unity Consulting, Rhonda led HR organizations in two mid-size enterprises. She has also held leadership roles in various well-known companies where Human Resources was pivotal to their strategy.

Rhonda holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and boasts advanced Human Resource certifications, showcasing her commitment to continuous professional development. With her wealth of experience and strategic mindset, Rhonda remains at the forefront of driving organizational success through effective human capital management.

In her spare time, Rhonda enjoys exploring her home city of Atlanta, international travel, and spending time with her husband, two children, and dog.
